Qualitative Characteristics of Varieties and Lines of Winter Triticale Representing Production and Breeding Interest

The article presents the results of evaluating varieties and lines winter triticale for various indicators grain quality, which are great importance in production breeding. On average, over years research, a higher protein content was found 32/4 (13.33 %) 29/1 (13.23 %). studied had high good quality gluten, varying from 24.1 % (line 28/1) to 35.3 (cultivar Bard). All triticale, except Orlik variety, correspond first group.
